If you would like to arrive earlier or extend, please inform us as soon as possible.

If you would like a different hotel or villa, please inform us; we will confirm availability and rates for your dates by return fax or phone as soon as possible. SBDA is the official housing agent for our meetings.

If you use your own travel agent for housing, we will ask you to pay a double registration fee.

Auto Rates:

Sedans, Jeep type, Terios, Jimmy, Vitara & Smart....$58

Vehicles come either Automatic or Standard and with and without Air Conditioning and your request should be made before arrving on our island.

Please choose carefully, as it will be very difficult to change vehicles upon arrival!

Please check with your insurance agent to determine if extra auto insurance is needed.
