Entre Deux, which means Between Two, and in this case it’s an affair between two brothers, Sinclair and Jackson Questel, who have taken over the small restaurant tucked behind the Totem Surf Shop accross the street from Eddy's Restaurant - it was La Gamelle for a few years, and then very briefly reincarnated as Central Park.
Sinclair, who also publishes the monthly Saint Barth Magazine, and Jackson, a very talented visual artist who also was the former bartender at Le Bete a Z'ailes (or BAZ). for a few years, have given this little, multi-level eatery a new look, and it is a hit.
The menu features fajitas that come in a hot skillet with all the trimmings on the side, as well as tapas, and a nice steak for less adventuresome eaters. Highly reccommended is the mixed fajitas - chicken and beef - WOW! And don't forget to ask for a bowl of their fried potatoes - a real definite not to be missed!
Often filled with a mix of locals and visitors, friendly and enthusiastic Entre Deux is a nice addition to Gustavia. (Rue Samuel Fahlberg, Gustavia) 0590 27 50 88
